    It would be very advantageous if you could create a support case and provide things like a System Information file and Capture One Log files;

    Drew,
    I just wanted to post the problem I encountered with C1. The time I spent recovering my system following installation of v6.4.4 was enough. I hope that the information I supplied is helpful to the software engineers.

    Similar experience here with Win7 64.

    6.4.4 gave me a "blue-green" screen opening some Canon G11 .CR2 raw files, although the thumbnails seemed to reflect the actual correct white balance. When zooming I would get a wide border of the correct color with a center ractangle of the greenish color cast in the center until the screen finished the zoom, whereas the entire screen showed the green cast.

    I did not experience any crashes though.

    Reverting to 6.4.3 returned expected operation.

    If Drew would advise me where to locate the files he requested I'd be glad to send them to him.

    Perhaps I am just having difficulty finding them but I still do not see any Support Cases with examples displaying this issue.

    My support case is 110091.

    I sent a screen capture with my initial support request only to get a reply to send a screen capture.

    Did they both get lost in the ether? If so, please advise and I'll send yet a 3rd one.

    Larry,
    It looks like that case was picked up and is awaiting a response from you. The supporter sent you a few suggestions and requested some more information on the 19th.
    I would also recommend you send them a RAW file that shows the error so they can try to replicate the findings.

    Installed 6.4.4 and NO problems. Using NIKON NEF-Files. Just for info...
