    Ray,
I don't believe that we would ever say that one users camera is more important than another. In fact, the support case you are referencing specifically stated
Other cameras like new Canon and Nikons has taken far higher priority due to a far larger install base.

Each request for camera support is treated equally and submitted without bias. Each request is then evaluated and weighed against our available time for upcoming releases and our customer base' demand for camera support. Since your request was submitted in May, it was evaluated in June and since that time has been the only single request for such camera support.
This is of course weighed against other systems like the Nikon D4, D800 and Canon 5D Mark III which support was requested for around the same time. However the demand for these cameras registered in the hundreds.
We would love to offer support for every system requested, however we must prioritize based on demand. I would urge any users of this system to file a support request and reference this thread so we can establish a greater customer base need for support.
In the meantime however, your request is still open and on the table for our developers. It will be evaluated again and again as time allows and with an increase in demand we can hopefully implement support for it sooner rather than later.

    Drew ,

I note that Photokina seems to have induced a lot of manufacturers to release new products for some reason - many with what will no doubt be their own special variation of a RAW file. I was tempted to start a "When will we get .... " post for each of them so that people could quickly add 'me too' responses but thought better of it.

I think you should turn a version of the quoted section above into a sticky post at the top of the forum. It may help.

    That said, it may not.

Do you have any analysis about the number of people who apparently read, for example, the licence recovery entry and successfully recover activations compared to the number of new posts in the forum asking the question that the "sticky" post sets out to answer?

    Drew thanks for your comments

I did not reflect the support reply accurately so I apologise for this, but that was how it came out, it was not intended as a quote.

The gxr system is listed as supported- so I expected the new variant A16 to be automatically supported as it is "dng" right? Of course in fact it is not (as I soon realised.) As others have found dng is not universally the same,- no more so perhaps it seems maybe than "raw" is the same. Without studying dng specification, I assumed all dng would be similar.

However since Phase One already supports GXR, and they requested samples from me, I assumed this was going to happen.
Hopefully GXR A16 module may be included yet.

I have had C1 from 3.x.x regarding it to have far and away the best interface
