Can I save all my adjustments and start again on same folder
I ahve a folder of 100 imges and they are all individually adjusted. What do I do if I want to adjust all those for a different output but keep those adjustments for later?
Would I copy all the images and start again or can I just save all those adjustments in one go.
What I have done is processd all those images for web display and now I think that for print, they'll need to be about 1/2 a stop brighter. I wonder if this is usual, that an image processed for web doesn't need to be as bright as for print or is it just me?
Thanks
Martin

I think it is strange to need different brightness for web and print. If you have a calibrated workflow, then it should be universal. I suspect your printing setup is not properly calibrated. 0 -
In this case you should use "variants" (menu "image" or right click on the thumbnail in the browser).
Select the captures you want to re-adjust and create variants by either creating a variant from the original unadjusted raw file ("new variant") or by duplicating a variant with the current adjustments ("clone variant").
edit: oh yes... and actually you don't have to adjust brightness for web as already mentioned in the previous post.
If brightness on webbrowser is different you should use a webbrowser with color management (firefox).0 -
Hmmmm
Thanks for your help. My monitor is calibrated as is my printer but maybe I'll do the printer again as I did it ages ago.
That's why I wondered if the settings might be different for web or print.
Still, off I go. Callibrating the printer is such a chore!
If my printer's off, then that explains the web/print thing.
