Fuji X-Trans support / Auto Mask support in version 8

Any status on this auto mask feature for X-Trans files in the newly released Capture One Pro 8?
Is the support for the X-Trans sensor still "preliminary support" in version 8?

    The auto-mask option with X-trans files is not supported for v8.
    However we hope that you will be pleased by quicker processing v8 is now able to to do with xtrans files.
