images with grey gamma profile

I understand a decision was taken to not allow edits to exposure, sharpness, contrast, etc. on imported images having a grey gamma profile. But couldn't PhaseOne allow simple cropping and keywording so that I could I could at least use DAM features like Smart Folders on these images to more easily keep them organized?

    Sorry? Not sure what you are asking.
    If you do not have an RGB profile, Capture One simply cannot access the files properly and therefore the software operation is not possible. Please simply convert any Grayscale ICC profile images to RGB and you're all set.
