Unable to process images
I'm using Capture One 7.2.1 on a Mac OS running on 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. I was processing 600 images and CO crashed and will no longer process any images even after several restarts and a complete shut down and restart. Any ideas? I have deleted all the images in the Queue each time as well and no luck. Co has become very buggy and I'm not sure if it's because
I'm still on Snow Leopard?
I transferred all my images and data to my laptop and began to process them there through CO and found that the images process differently - they have a completely different color cast to them which should not be possible since it's all the same settings and source? ( I took an already processed file from my computer and placed it in photoshop and the I did the same with a file processed the exact same but processed through my laptop ). Can anyone explain that. My laptop has Maverick's
and Capture 7.1.5 but that should not effect color.

I had similar experience. For most crash event could be solved by turning off all Hardware Acceleration in preference. 0 -

This is likely as 10.6.8 is not officially supported in 7.2.1. Please reference the release notes.[quote="NN213803UL5" wrote:

Clearly their is something amiss in your color management. If you'd like to create a support case we can have a look at both the one systems inability to Process and the errors on the other machines settings.0
