All more people gain Panasonic FZ-50. He uses big popularity. But I was very distressed that your program does not support his(its) RAW/. When you plan support his(its) RAW?.

    They ignored requests for support of the FZ-30 so most likely they won't bother with the FZ-50 either. You can always use Silkpix which does an outstanding job of handling the FZ-30 and FZ-50 RAW files.

    We take all camera request seriously.
    As a Customer Supporter I have logged in requests for various Panasonic Cameras. However logging in requests does not always guarantee implementation, but it gets documented and our R+D are made aware of the requests.
    Our RAW Camera support is base on market trends,including longevity in the professional and pro-sumer markets and the popularity of the camera.

    According to this forum, (search term, "panasonic") there have been requests to add Panasonic cameras since December, 2005.

    Exactly how long does this take? 😂
