Motherboard upgrade: Will I have an activation issue?
Hello-
I found one post that described adding / subtracting eSata drives and causing an activation issue. I am upgrading to a totally different motherboard (going to Intel from AMD); only the HD and the raid array are the same.
Will I have an activation issue? Is there anything I need to do prior to this to prevent any problems?
Thanks much-

You can deactivate before you swap motherboard to prevent any problems.
Since Phase One allows you to manage activation (and deactivation) from their web site, you can always solve any problem afterwards. Regarding activations, it is the most user-friendly company I have seen in the business.0 -

Thank ya much!
I ended up risking it (translation, I forgot) and the software started up with no problem... so I'm assuming everything went well.
Now running a much faster dual core. We'll see if it improves or hinders my processing times.0
