COP 7.2.1 Will not Connect to my H20

In this configuration: IMac 27" > Thunderbolt-Firewire 800 Adapter > FW800-400 adapter > BELKIN FW400 hub > Camera

My P45+ works fine but when I connect the H20, the software cannot connect to the camera.

If I remove the hub and make the connection directly from the camera to the computer, the software connects to the camera, but I can't trip the shutter.

Any ideas?

    Sounds like the hub is failing. Next step is to try a new powered hub. One thing you might consider is the Belkin Thunderbolt hub. It is well powered and contains a FW800 port among others. You can then run a single cable to the H20 (FW 8000-400) giving you a much simpler setup. I have just tested this and it is working well.
