C1 crashing while trying to open

Hi

I'm having trouble with C1 crashing every time I try and open it ????
Macbook Pro running OS X 10.7.4

HELP Any ideas how to fix this ??

Fixed now, needed a fresh install of C1

when reinstalling via download, without a disk, what is the procedure? all sessions are double-backed up externally. will I have any trouble loading them in the fresh version? i have too much work to wait until Monday for tech support to get back to me. thanks to anyone who replies.

No you'll be fine to open the sessions. One thing that can cause problems are are images with corrupt cache files so if C1 is crashing when opening a particular session it can be a good idea to delete the cache folders in the session you are trying to open
