    Hi,
Can you create a support case on this issue? I have not seen this before, and it may be Mavericks related, not sure. I am not that much on Mavericks yet (testing only) so that might be a reason I can not reproduce the issue.

Hello, I have a problem with catalogs, the sessions work well. In catalogs the profile icc is not posted(shown) on numerous images, I select the profile it works, I close the catalog and boost(send a reminder) it the profiles disappeared ❓
    7.1.5 Mavericks.

Hello Alain, I think I know what you're referring to. When I customize an icc-profile with the color editor and save it as a new profile and set it as "default for this camera", then when using catalogues the bar where the input profile should be shown, tends to be blank, and I can only get it to show the profile by mostly selecting it manually twice. I think the root of the problem is, that these customized profiles are stored in the user Colorsync profiles library (I also usually get a "load error"). When I copy the custom profiles from the colorsync library into the C1 app. (where it stores its input profiles), then these problems are gone. The profile can then also be used without problems as the default profile in a catalogue.
So there are probably some problems with accessing the user domain colorsync folder. Perhaps changing permissions on this folder will also solve the problem, but I haven't tried.
    regards
    Chris

    Hi Chris,
Are you on Mavericks with 7.1.5 as well?

I have this exact same issue too. 7.1.5 on Mavericks. I had the issue on 7.1.4 and also on Mountain Lion.

Good evening, and thank you for the advice 😄 😄 😄 . I copied the profile in the application C1 and applied this one has my images and it seems to work. What I does not understand(include) it is because it worked very well with the sessions and not with the catalogs ❓

Good to hear it worked for you! I never bothered to raise this issue with Phase one, I also had the issue with Mountain lion and 7.1.4, like the other poster. Perhaps if Phase one is reading this forum, they can take notice of this bug if they have not already.

    +1

I have just made a test on 7.1.4 and MLion the problem is identical the solution also.
I a little looked has to understand, I think that it comes from the way dowry the profiles are managed in the session and the catalog which is not the same.
In the sessions the profile is physically in the file setting 70 and so follows the file what is logical because the session is planned to be moved. exemple "_DSC0050 juin.NEF.NikonD7000-AG-Nsat.icm"
In the catalog the profile is a file under the shape and has my opinion(notice) if the profile is not in the file(case) input of C1 he is sad has to make the connection. exemple "E5F799B5-EA68-49DF-BA14-7DE280F539A9.icm"
    Thank you the guy. 😉
    Bonne journée.
