I have a some old file from 2003 , A clients wants to reorder. I have copied the to a hard drive. when I try to import them into Phase one software I get error message
that saying: Unable to generate preview from files.... The capture file may have errors. Help..

  I suggest you create a case with Phase One Support team at http://support.phaseone.com and make sure you provide one of your files and we should find where the problem lies... 😊
