Artifics in JPG file

After processing my RAW files to JPG output, I find in the JPG picture lots of artifics in the background, this is very bad, I must do something wrong, who can help me to avoid this, see example attached: <http://hansdrieenhuizen.viewbook.com/untitled>

  Can you provide more details about your workflow like output parameters in CO4 - in particular output color space - and what you do next with it after CO4 and when the banding occurs.
  And: version of CO4 you use.

  I am using CO pro 4.8.2, I must have spoiled the color space settings. In the meantime I have put the system back to default, that helped, the banding has been disappeared. Have still a lot to learn.
