C1 3.7.5 preferences problem
1) it seems that C1 can't save my preferences.
every time i launch program i get the error message like this:
"C:\\Documents and Settings\\_LocalUser_\\Preferences\\Preferences.$$$
Error - Access denied"
(the same error - when i apply changes in preferences and sometimes on exit program)
after click ignore button i have to select folder for preview cache - EVERY TIME!!
then i have a message that capture folder is not available
i don't understand why C1's trying to make folders in a folder of my user
and i don't understand, why it can't access this folders even if i make them manually
2) i have a couple of *.icc for my camera, i've installed them, but i don't see them to select in a C1 color management menus.
Please, help me fix this.
Thanx

g-orgy,
You need to be the Administrator of this machine with full access to files and folders. Install to default location of Local Disk C:
The address you show is your Desktop.
A complete uninstall following Knowledge Base Article # 1665
http://www.phaseone.com/HOME/Content/Su ... nguageID=1
Then download current version 3.7.6 and Clean Install
http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Downloads/COforWIN.aspx
> Load the ICC file to correct location with Capture One closed [ C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\SPOOL\\DRIVERS\\COLORS
> Launch Capture One and it is recognized but not shown
> Close and Relaunch and it will appear in the pulldown for color management

Keith,
i am the administrator of this machine and i don't remember there're was a such folder before (i mean that i reinstall C1 after i reinstall windows).
and i loaded my ICC files exactly to the folder you mean, and it's really not shown still
maybe it's a windows problem?0 -
An ICC file can have 2 names... the filename you see and once place in folder, it may have a different name for selection at the pulldown.
Be sure you look through completely to find it.
If your problems persist you should create a Support Case for this.
