C1 LE Exporting to Photoshop

I know I am a computer Luddite, but how do I move an image imported on C1 on to Photshop Elements 3? Also how do I save imported files on C1 (if I can) so I don't lose them? Sorry to be so basic in a question - but we all have to start somewhere. I still use film for God's sake!

    You will use the Browse in order to load new Sessions. The default location for your Sessions will be:
    C:\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Capture One LE \\ Captures\\ and make a new folder here.
    Load images into this Folder in Capture One then Browse to and select this Folder >Refresh folder icon > and then Insert current folder as permanent collection
    Your RAW images will remain at this location. It is Good Practice to Back-up these images at least once; and Great Practice to Back-up twice, i.e. CD, DVD, External Hard Drive etc.
