problem with patch & installer
I am on a PC & WinXP SP3.
I have loaded the media_en.msi file and then run the patch (mediaPatch.en.exe) I am not sure if the patch loaded correctly as no window of any sort came up.
I then ran the mediaPatch_en.msp and a window came up with this message:
The file 'sldext.dll' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabiret file 'MeLocen.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
What should I do next?
