Misalignment of cursor point in Local Adjustments
Hi,
I just installed Capture One Pro 6.1 (32 bit) on windows 7 system (32 bit) and giving it a try .
I found that, when using local adjustments, the result is always 30-40 pixles off from the actual cursor point.
This happens both when drawing and erasing.
The offset is larger on the right side, and it gets smaller toward the left side.
Tried to find an answer in knowledge base, but couldn't.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

I have the same problem. 😭 0 -
I don't have this problem on my Windows XP system. 0 -
Hi, Macro312.
Have you fixed the problem ?0 -
Hi,
I tried to download a new version and reinstall but the problem is still there.
I don't know if disinstall the program and then reinstall it again could change something...0 -
I have same problem on two PCs:
1. Win XP 32-bit, Intel i7, Nvidia GTX280
2.Vista 32-bit, Intel Core 2 Duo, Intel integrated graphics (OpenCL not supported)0 -
It would be helpful if all those here created support cases and provided System Information files. From this thread it looks like it's the 32 Bit install of the software on the mentioned machines? I can't reproduce it here but it would be helpful to get a bigger base of users with this issue to find a common denominator. 0 -
I have the sane problem with i7 64 bit.
windows 7
12 Gig Memory
ati 5770
Two 23 inch monitors
i7 2600 proscessor
using the local adjustment brush painting a face the brush on the face but the adjustment shows up
to the left about 1 or two inches and up from there about the same?
I tried it on two systems configured about the sane way and they have the sane problem.
Thanks,

Same problem here, I5 machine, 4Gb RAM with windows 7 64Bit 0 -
Please create a support case and provide us the details. The sooner we have the cases, the sooner we can identify and fix the issue. 0 -
A few cases have been created and in those cases the Display was set to a Zoom setting of 125%. Setting the Display to 100% solves the issue in those cases. 0 -
Changing my display back to 100% did fix the problem but if you remember we had a similar problem with
6.0 witch was fixed with 6.01.
I hope you kept to code change in 6.01 and program it into the next patch.
Yes it is working but for us old and blind people the text is to small for viewing. 😂
Thanks,0 -
Hi,
Zoom setting doesn't affect the problem on my PC ( Win 7, i5, M460, 32 bit, NVIDIA GeForce 310M ).0 -

Create a support case. However, I would strongly urge you take a closer look, as this has been the solution for 100% of the reports of this issue thus far.0 -
No matter what kind of zoom factor I use, misalignment of the cursor remains.
This is on a W7/64 laptop. (didn't tried it on my desktop)
Why was it functioning in the previous version in any zoom level and now not?0 -
We changed some things with the GUI to accommodate some differences between display settings.
In the case of this tool we have found that using 100% zoom setting in the OS has always resolved the alignment issue. If that is not the case please create a support case.

ED11,
I think you have the"Zoom level" confused.
The windows 7 display level is what you need to check the default level should be 100%.
I had mine at 125% to make the system text larger.
When I set it back to the default 100% things worked again.
If you did not have this confused then I apologize just trying to help.0 -
Aha, OS zoom level. Yeah, now it's working ok. Very small text BTW. Should this not be independent of the OS zoom level? Thanks gene. 0 -
I set back the zoom level to 100% and now all it's working properly.
Thanks
