What affects performance more? CPU or GPU?

    Did you try to set OpenCL for display to "Never" and compare the stickiness?

    If it feels the same it points to the gfx card somehow ...
    ... I have read somewhere in the forum that a user had to delete some image core binary (not sure which file it was) and start C1 9 such that this binary is recompiled or something similar.

    in /Users/Shared/CaptureOne/ImageCore, delete the file ICOCL.bin. CaptureOne 9 will recreate it automatically.
