Session Persistency error in v4.01
I have no idea what I've done but everything was working fine until tonight when I opened a session and got the following message:

after clicking ok I get a SQLlite error. Whenever I open C1 now I get the error and I don't start at my previous session. I've uninstalled, cleared registry, deleted folders and re-installed but as soon as I open C1 I get the error. I can navigate back to the right folder and all the previous conversions seem fine and everything else works fine.
Anyone know what i can do to cure it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try this:
While CO 4.x is closed, move (instead of delete, for recovery) from the folder My Documents\\My Pictures\\Capture One Library the file Capture One.col to another location. Restart the application (Capture One.col will be recreated).0 -
