Crop tool behavior has changed
I have been using CO for about a year. I recently upgraded to CO8 and even more recently installed the 8.2 version. I'm running the latest OS on my Mac (10.10.2) and have noticed that the crop tool seems to have lost my A3 ratio. In fact, when I upgraded I lost my workspace settings and not sure if anything else.
I've tried to set a new aspect ratio but the behavior is not as expected. In fact, selecting the newly defined aspect ratio results in a square crop rather that the 1 x 1.468 aspect of A3+.
Anybody else seen this behavior?
After a little thought and a calculator, I realize that the 7x10 crop is the A3 crop setting. Not sure if that was a change in behavior of the software after the update or not.

The crop tool was broken in 8.2 on Mac's with retina displays. 8.2.1 fixes it. Not sure if that is your problem but you may want to check you are on the latest version if you are on a Retina Mac. 0 -

Could be. Since 8.2 the custom crop ratios are stored in separate XML file. I have not tested how custom crop ratios made before 8.2 are transferred to 8.2.0
