problems with activation key

Just upgraded from C1SE v3.6 to C1PRO v3.7 and the new activation key is invalid!When I type the activation key I get the message that the key is for C1LE for Win!
Any advise?

    Please create a support case on http://support.phaseone.com to verify keys and what has gone wrong.
