nikon tethered lion ready?

hi,
i'm planning to buy a refurbished mbp from early 2011 but i don't know if i can skip from snow leopard to lion. i'm a digital tech shooting tethered mostly with nikon so far with 10.6.7
(i also just received a message from apple about my mobile me account that from next june will accept just lion system!)

  CO6 runs fine on Lion. I do not recall having read specific issues regarding Nikon tethering. You can do a search here to be sure, if you like.
