Restore Catalog

Hello,
I always back up my Catalogs (and the images too), but how can I restore a Catalog out of a backup. There is no Restore Catalog-Menu item?

    There is indeed no restore item in any menu.

    Restore is a manual operation. In Finder you select the backup to restore. Note that only the catalog database is backed up. Next, you copy the db file into the catalog. You have to open the catalog with the 'Show package contents' command.

    I think this topic is good for a knowledge base article. Maybe there is already one? (Could not find it)
