You most probably run the program as Capture One DB 7, not Capture One Pro 7. De DB version is for data backs only, not for DSLRs. You can check this through the Help menu, About or Information.

If this is the case, deactivate the program and on restart select Try.

    Hello,

    first, thanks for your answer.
Excuse me, i did'nt mentionned that in my first post i 'm already using the try version and not the db version.

To be sure i did uninstal COone and i instal it again. Then it didn't asked me if i wanna use db version or trial one.

And i'm stuck with my problem.

I'm actually running windows 7 64 bits on dell xps 17, 6Gb ram, and 3Gb Graphic card from nvidia. If it could help.

I recall that i try to you phase one raw samples files downloaded from the phaseone's website and y can't edit all of them. Only two or three files.

    Thanks

What files are you trying to edit? Raw files? What camera brand/model?

Have you opened the Help menu > About? What does it say?

Actually when i reinstall it, it doesn't ask me if i want to use db version or not since i first installed it.

Only ask if i have already use it before.

    thanks

Go to Capture One menu, License and select Deactivate. Restart the program and select Try.

You are probably better off asking this in a seperate, new thread. Also, provide some more information. That will make it way easier for others to help you.
