Capture One Pro Version 3.6 upgrade problems!
Hi!
We have upgraded our Capture One Pro version to 3.6 since the upgrade anytime we start a new session, in the course of the photo shoot the program would stop transfering the images. The only way to get it working again is to close Capture One and Portrait One Manager!
Once I am back into the original session, I have to re calibrate everything.
It seems to freeze if I do not shoot continously for a minute or two!!!
It has been doing this for the last two days since we upgraded....it does it for every photo session!
No error messages come up.....the camera is blinking, indicating the transfer of the images but it does not do anything.
Today we had an error message \"Portrait One Preview Engine
List Index out of bounds (14) \"
The images would not come up for viewing anymore!
We are running Microsoft Win XP Pro with Service Pack 2
We would appreciate all feedback and help ASAP!
We are having this problem on two separate Studio locations, since the upgrade!

Andras, just as you, others using Portrait One - with Portrait Manager, Sales and Capture One began to have problems following an update of Capture One only. Since these software work in together, an update with one can create problems in their interactions.
Going back to version 3.5.2 on Capture One have resolved some problems. Another studio figured a work around by not launching Capture One from Manager. They load information and folders in Manager and then close. They then open Capture One only and operate it independently. Sales and Manager are always kept closed during photo session.
Sincerely,
k c0
