Batch delete sessions in sessions list

Can anyone tell me how to remove sessions from the sessions drop down field? Over the past year or so I've just been amassing a long list and I'd like to remove them instead of one at a time. Thanks - Addendum: I've noticed several views of this post but no replies. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

    You should be removing them as you go (like I can talk!) You can however do this if you don't want to manually delete each of them.

    Go:
    home folder,
    Library,
    Prefs,
    Find all prefs with com.phaseone..... .plist
    Delete (send to trash)

    Restart software.

    It will revert to how it was when first installed.... so resets tool bars etc,
    I've never found a way reload the Lens cc's so they are junk, other than that, styles and ICC's should all still be there as they are kept in application support folders.
