    Support is handling your SLS case 32515 right now. We have found no other cases related to this issue.
    Suggestions in the case and for others to try- have been:
    please update the software our newer version is 3.7.7 which is more advanced to work with 10.4.9.
    Also you can clean uninstall and reinstall the software via this article http://www.phaseone.com/HOME/Content/Su ... 20-%20Main

    Try a brand new set of captures and bring into software.

    another issue sometimes is using a wacom tablet.

    then if you continue to have problems: attach console log ( in the support case)
