Overlay not showing in Live View, 12.1.1

I'm not sure where this bug came from, a capture one update or windows 10 update, but overlays no longer show in the live view window. Shooting tethered with Sony A7rIII and IV. Overlays work fine in the standard viewer, but not at all in live view. I've tried all compatible overlay formats, firmware and software updates.

Anyone else experiencing this?
