backup and restore user settings

Is there a option to backup the user settings via a file backup? I found the directory /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Capture One. Is it enough to backup these files to get all user settings in Capture One restored?

    The naming token presets are stored in your program preference file (plist), so you need to back up the plist too which I think is a bad design (feel free to correct me though) and hopefully will be changed in a later release.
