how to speed up work flow?
Is there any way to make software work faster. So many tools and other things that are necessary to me in this software and I was thinking maybe they slow down the process . If i work on 300 images , it works so slow. What should i 🤬 do to improve workflow? thanks for any help

perhaps you could describe your workflow so other can help you optimize it. 0 -
Some idea of your system specs would help too.
300 isn't a high number of files to work on, but it depends what you mean by "work on" - do you mean batch processing?0 -
For me, a programmable mouse is great. I use the extra buttons to apply adjustments, auto process, undo, and move to next/previous image. I have two, both Logitech gaming mice because of the extra buttons and precision. Models G5? and G500. 0 -
While everybody's workflow is slightly different, especially for different intended outputs, I have two things that I think speed up mine for large photo shoots (>100 shots or so).
First, I use Media Pro to initially cull, key word, and rate my images.
Then, using MP, I only open up the rated ones I want to work with.
Then, in Capture One, I have filled the QuickTab where I have loaded in sequence the top 9 editing tools that I use (such as white balance, exposure, ..). This allows me to zip through large groups of photos fairly quickly with all the "right tools" in front of me. I also float the process recipes, output naming, and styles as floating tool bars on a 2nd monitor.0 -
If there are some things you are very likely to do for every image you can apply them all as you import.
If you sometimes want to remove those settings simply create a New Variant to get back to an unedited version and discard the original edit file.
Creating your own styles may help too - assuming you often use the same or almost the same settings.
However what really works for you is so dependent on what you shoot and how you shoot that it's difficult to be more specific without knowing the way you work (as has already been mentioned).
