H20/H25 + C1Pro4.8.2 = CONSTANT CRASHING

I own both an H20 and and H25. Every time I try to connect to C1Pro 4.8.2 the software crashes. When I try to connect to C1Pro 3.7.9 on the same machine, no problems at all. What is the problem here???

running OSX 10.5.8
2 X 2.66 GHz Dual Core Intel Xeon
5GB RAM
