Improvement for Sony in CO 5.1.1

I read in the Release note for 5.1.1 that there were improvement on Sony cameras for more accurate color profile and better noise.

Do anyone have more details than these fancy phrases ? Was there new logic in NR such that noise control is better? The list of cameras does not cover the A3xx & A2xx series? Are these old model deliberately left out?

    Improved color and noise handling are just that, better than they once were.
    The Cameras we don't support are not deliberately left out, we are just not able to support them at this time.
