Sony FE Lens Profiles

C1 Pro 8 doesn't list specific Sony FE lens profiles in the lens correction tab. My understanding is that, if the tab listed "Manufacturer's Profile" as the profile, C1 was applying a specific lens profile for that FE lens. I have noticed that my files with the Zeiss Batis 25 and 85 lenses show "Manufacturer's Profile" in the lens correction tab. Has Phase One already included specific profiles for those non-Sony lenses?

    Whenever "Manufacturer profile" is displayed in the dropdown, it means that CO is reading the embedded profile from the raw-file. The profile-data itself is stored in the lens and transmitted to the camera.

    Please note that, as we are reading 2nd-3rd party information, we do not/can not guarantee the correctness of the profile.
