How to open in 9.3

I have just updated to Capture One 9.3.
Every time I click on the C1 icon, instead of opening the Capture One program, it takes me to the panel requiring me to Activate the new install.I have now Activated 9.3 four times. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
