Trying to download trial software or the sony software

Hi all I have downloaded the Capture one for Sony but when I run it the software is asking for activation codes which I don't have.
What am I doing wrong ?

  There is only one single download for all editions of Capture One like Pro, Pro for Sony, DB, Express for Sony.
  
  The editions DB and Express for Sony are self-activating, meaning you do not need an activation key.
  The editions Pro and Pro for Sony require an activation key. However, from the welcome screen you can opt for a 60-day trial.

  I think because I have owned Capture one before it will not let me use the software ! still wants an activation code ?

  I suggest you contact support. They can better help you out on activation issues. Maybe there is some old activation in the way but that is hard to diagnose over a forum.
  
  In addition, you started this thread with a new account, but the second post is from a different account that is a 4 years old. This creates confusion in forum discussions.
