smartphone smart html gallery template wanted

Has anyone developed a html gallery that works nicely with smartphones?

Specifically that made a page where the photo would shrink to fit the material automatically. I thought this was a browser function but looking at a smartphone, I see that my pages fit width but then you need to scroll to see height.

Also, a template where you can swipe instead of click?

I assume that a media pro template works the same as Expression Media since I haven't upgraded.
