Printer error "No printers are installed"

Hi all,

I am trying to print from Capture One on my PC, and I get an error:

"Print failed: System.Drawing.Printing.InvalidPrinterException: No printers are installed."

I have a network printer installed that other applications can see and use. I have not previously printed direct from Capture One so do not know if this is recent or longstanding.

Does anybody have any ideas about why this may be and what I can do about it?

    Judging by the number of "no printers are installed" reports on the internet, this probably more of a Windows issue than a C1 issue. Most advices I have seen, point to printer drivers.

    Thank you. I let the Windows troubleshooter look into this printer, and it found a problem - the (only) printer was not the default printer. Making it the default fixed the problem.
