Align/crop an image relative to another

I have an image that I am using as reference for its central position relative to the full frame size. Now I have a second image that is slightly not centered as the first one but I need to move this 2nd image in the same position.
I set the guides to the right position on image nr.1 to be used as reference for the 2nd image.
If I use the guides and the crop tool, this guides moves along with the cropping making the guide reference useless.
How can I move the 2nd image to a specific position relative to another image and then develop it ?

Also, I do not want the image to be resized while cropping therefore the "keep external area" is checked (otherwise would have to manually resize it equal to image nr.1)
