Transition Guide

I'm a Capture One and Media Pro user and I'm having difficulty coming to grips with how the new catalog feature will affect me. I understand that I can continue using Sessions and Media pro but would like to know the benefits of transitioning to the new workflow. Is there an essay on this?

  i'd like this as well. I've watched the video on how to use catalogs but a "why use catalogs vs. sessions for pro shooters" would be nice as well.... of course i could always do the legwork myself but it's nice to hear other peoples opinions and viewpoints
