Captions for contact sheet gone

Dear all,
I'm missing the captions section in the print dialogue. I want to export a contact sheet with the names of each file underneath and it used to be there. However it's gone and I can't seem to get it back. Can anyone help?

    It's still there. The second expandable sub-option from the bottom of the list by default.

    Maybe you have other section open and it has disappeared from view below the bottom of the window?
