3.7 Key Board Shortcuts were much better
I have used C1 since 2003, up through just about all of the versions and "improvements". Around about the time that C4 was released I decided to try LR. I did not really like LR so much, I was used to C1, but I made myself use LR for months to try to adapt. I found that I missed the specific KB shortcuts to change WB and exposure. I can still see the worn smooth ctrl, shift, alt and +- keys on my keyboard.
So I loaded 4.7 to give it a try once again, and what is the first thing that I can not find? The WB and exposure KB shortcuts. Somebody please make my day and tell me where to find these and to be able to assign these settings.
It was soooo quick to bump WB with ctrl + or - same with exposure changes, often that is all I needed to do and then move to the next image.

Thomas,
they are gone, replaced by a half arsed system using Tab or Control Tab and the up/down keys. There are a couple of threads about it:

Thats the bad news. You get used to them but it is not the same. The good news, in my opinion, is the Colour Editor, particularly the Advanced Tab.
Cheers,
Terry
PS I still can't find anywhere to build a support case.0 -
There is absolutely no good reason not to bring back the 3.7 keyboard shortcuts. It's totally laughable when in the preferences they have an option
for 3.7 shortcuts but 90% of them are missing.0 -
I like the processed files better from CO, but last week when I posted the KB shortcut post I was getting ready to load up a 6000 image corporate event that I shot and 4.7 promptly crashed and without the speed and ease that those specific KB shortcuts give me, I went straight back to LR and churned through the files. (with no crashes)
CO has been such a love / hate relationship for the past 6 years, reminds me of some girlfriends that I used to have. And they are not around anymore.0 -
I put in another request for the 3.x shortcuts and here is their reply.
Dear Dan,
I have discussed this issue with our team and it seems that this issue is on top of the list for implementation, so I am really sorry for the delay, but we really hope to add in next releases.
Thank you very much for your understanding and for contacting us.
With kind regards,
Jakub

I doubt we will see it until v5 but hopefully I am wrong.0 -

Hopefully you are wrong, 4.8 would be a better timeline.

I do not even want to install 4.8 to see if the "keyboard shortcuts" in question here are implemented in 4.8.
Anyone tried 4.8 and looked for the shortcuts yet?0 -
