Noobie question C1 Express 6.2.1

I am a total newb and Need a bit of help. I cannot find a way to save my work in C1 Express 6.2.1. Is that disabled to free version users?

    There isn't a free version of Capture One, but the software is fully functional during your evaluation period.

    You "save" by either pressing Ctrl+ D, pressing "Process" in either the Quick or Output tool panels, or pressing the "cogwheel" icon in the toolbar at the top of the window.
