LR Catalog Import Crop Problem

I'm running a trial version of Capture One Pro 8.3.4 to evaluate it as an alternative to Lightroom. I've imported a few thousand photos from a LR catalog and it mostly looks good. There are some differences in the overall look based on the LR edits, but that's to be expected given the difference in the RAW engine and editing tools.
The main problem I have (and is quite unexpected) is that quite a lot of the cropped images have the crop rectangle in a different location to where it was positioned in LR. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix/workaround that doesn't involve looking at all of the thousands of images and repositioning the crop rectangle?

Afraid your not alone, same issue here mind it is very few, so I am confused as to why some and not others.
