    you can upload the file anywhere (to any reasonable file hosting service - like rapidshare.com) and just give then a link instead of uploading it directly to P1 servers...

    You can upload by FTP your file to Phase One. In the support case you openend you can refer to the file(s) you uploaded. Instructions for FTP upload:

    What type of error? Rather than avoid the problem lets identify and address it.
