Please consider adding the Panasonic Lumix G1 to your supported cameras - it is an excellent 4/3 system camera and a very good pro walkabout choice.

The new version Panasonic Lumix GH1 is probably the one worth profiling at this point, though if you do that, you may as well do the original G1 from last year too.

    thanks

thanks. interesting - have bookmarked it.
still would like C1 to support them officially, but it sounds unlikely from what folks there write.

I use C1 to work on my Panasonic LX3 raw files and I have no reasons to complain about quality even it is not officially supported... it is better than SilkyPix supplied by Panasonic w/ my LX3 or ACR that I have anyways from my Photoshop... and if I do not want to have an automatic lens corrections (like C1/SP/ACR/LR do) then there is always a free Rawtherapee.

thanks. by the way, I'm not some amateur wanting to claim his pocket camera is as good as pro units
I'm a serious 30+ year photographer on my 3rd Phase back, and with every Canon you can shake a stick at.

Its just these Panasonic G1 series are the best small walkabout camera right now, and if Phase support Canon G10's (got that too, its inferior) then they should seriously consider this.
