    It sounds like a corrupt 'Capture One.col' file, stored in the Capture One Library folder. Close CO4, delete the file and start CO4.

    Thanks to PhaseOne support this is solved with a very short responce time. I am impressed:

    For a session persistency error close capture one and delete the following file: my documents\\my pictures\\capture one library\\capture one.col. When you resart capture one, the error should go away and file will be regenerated.

    Same answer given in forum as so thanks to that too
