How to restore default settings?
I changed the Noise Reduction settings for a series of images by using the two-headed arrow to "apply" the settings to all of the selected images. Now I find that those settings are being applied to all images. I tried clicking the curved arrow to restore the original defaults, but that does not have any effect. I would like to go back to the factory default, but how do I accomplish this?
Thanks,
Rob

Rob,
Perhaps what you are seeing IS the default for Noise Reduction at that ISO.
Check the settings and set them all to Zero, then apply that setting to all the images to obtain a starting point of NO Noise Reduction.0 -
In CO 5.1.1, to remove settings for a specific tool, click the Local Reset symbol (curved arrow, next to the double headed arrow). To reset a specific tool for a selection of images, first select all images (again). Next, Shift+click the Local Reset symbol. 0 -

OK, I did that, and everything seems to be back to normal. Funny, but I had tried that before without any results. I did restart the program, which may have made the difference.
Thanks,
