How to reactivate

I have had to have my hard drive replaced, and need to reactivate the programme that I have already paid for. I can't get any sense of out of e-mails from Capture One, they just keep telling me I have downloaded a trial copy. My product code does not work, anyone any idea what I could try?

    Are you installing the same version, which you bougt.
    fe. if you got a key for 3.7.3 and nown install 3.7.5 it doesn't work.
    First install 3.7.3 activate and the upgrade to the latest.

    If you have a valid Product Key, you may download, install and activate recent 3.7.5 without issue

    Cannot find any Support Cases with your email address.
    Not sure from whom you are getting emails.

    You will need to create a Support Case and submit your Product Key and your email used for activations.
