Retrieving license code

I have Capture One 4.1 installed on my notebook, but now that I've gone to install it on a desktop machine, I can't locate my license code.

Help > License Information on the notebook only shows the first three sets of license code digits. The final set is starred.

I've logged into my Phase One account, but that doesn't even show my notebook activation.

How do I retrieve the license code so that I can install 4.1 on the new machine?

  If login to Phase One web site, License Management does not show you the desired information, log a support case with Phase One.
