Yow, I've had my Nikon D500 for almost a month now and Capture One still can't read my NEF files. I've been using Lightroom for the past month. Wish I could be using Capture One. Oh well.

I'm in the same boat for D500. Any ETA???? I'm starting the music festivals in less than 2 weeks and I need to know if I ask to cancel my C1 subscription or just wait a bit more. My D600 and D800 are there but the D600 is on end of life and I can't be left with one body only.

    Fixed various crashes

This is not informative at all. Did they cover the " the Error [1 - resError] " that was fired for no reasons during output processing and printing solved already?

The locate functionality is still broken... in that it only works one image at a time. The locate option everywhere else that I've found it is greyed out.

Update: locate should work like it does in a non-linear editor... if I locate one clip, the software scans that location for other missing clips and relinks them also.

Going in the other direction, Capture NX2 (and ViewNX2) can read TIFFs from C1P again. I've had to use 9.03 up to now.

    Thanks, Phase One.

The resError can cover many different errors, but we will dig deeper into this in future versions, as the occurences of this error seems to be on the rise.

I am using the trial version to see if I want to switch over from LR. I got that error while trying to print.

I also had my computer lock up yesterday with a "low on memory" error message after having your program run a long time, I think you might have a memory leak too as I have never had that message before. I am running Windows 7 with 8gb of ram.

I think you should update to the latest version (9.2.1) and then have a look, if the problem is still there.

If the problem persists, please contact our Support right away. In many cases, they can get you back up running, and if not, they can provide us in R&D with valuable details, which will make it easier for us to fix it faster.

I do have an open case about it. It is a pain though doing tech support through email as you can't sit and wait for an answer! In some cases telephone support is really needed.
I am trying to help isolate when the problem occurs though.

I am running the latest build 9.2.1.17.

I have a very unpleasant work around, if I get the error I can close C1 down then re-start it and it seems to work for at least one print.

They have suggested I totally uninstall the product and delete the folders it is in, then re-install. Anyone know, will this cause me to lose all the changes that I have made on my existing images?

I did the uninstall/reinstall same results.
Capture One support now says it can't be their software, it has to be in the Canon Pro-100 drivers, Canon says thats BS!
I agree with Canon, the error pops up way before the file even gets sent to the printer.

Real disappointed in capture One support. First you ask questions and wait at least 24 hours for an email reply. And now this is the answer I get...
